Balcony Wall to Wall

 

    The Balcony Wall to Wall Lineal Drain is installed along a balcony wall or parapet with a wall on each end. 

    Styles:

    Features:

    • Easy to install
    • Custom Blankouts to suit your wall tile thickness
    • Weep holes to eliminate  water hydration from under the tile
    • Fixing points provided
    • Available in either Punched Slot, 7 Bar Grate or Tile insert Tray.
    • Incorporated waterproof flanges
    • Fully customisable to the required length, depth and your tile thickness

    • Passivated and Electro-polished to prevent tea staining

    • Single dropper of your choice within 75-100mm from an end
    • Weep slots in horizontal flashing to discharge any water under the tiles
    • 50+mm built-in stainless steel flashing on horizontal surfaces to meet and or exceed Australian Standards for flashing on horizontal surfaces
    • All Tile Insert linear drains are delivered with a suction cup to aid the removal of the tile insert tray. Please Note: The suction cup should only be used to lift the tile insert tray at one end, allowing the tray to be grasped by hand and carefully lifted out. The suction cup is unlikely to work on porous stone or tile surfaces such as bluestone or marble
